Start of the residential build in Raurora Park

Large paved walkways / cycleways running North-South
The new CBD youth space area with basketball court and spray cans.

Rauora Park is part of the East Frame of the city. It’s going to be a mix of residential with a park running horizontally beside Manchester Street – all the way from High Street to Margaret Mahy Playground. Once completed it will be the third largest park in Christchurch.

Thanks Rob! Great to get a bird’s eye view of the development – can really see the scale of it.
