Red Admiral on my coffee mug
This beautiful butterfly is a New Zealand red admiral and is endemic to New Zealand. I did a double take today when I saw it resting on my mug. For a minute I thought it was a new mug design.. so perfectly positioned it was.

Blossom Trees on Harper Avenue
Every year I try and get down to Harper Avenue to photograph the blossom trees. It’s quite hard to get a shot that shows just how long they go for but hopefully, the one below shows it a bit. It’s so lovely driving and walking along here right now.
