  Dahlias on the Botanic Gardens

  

  If you want to get some dahlia inspiration the Botanic Gardens have a splendid display. I even found the name of one I’m growing myself – the little pink one.

  Avondale pedestrian and cycle bridge

  

  This bridge over the Avon River opened a few weeks back. It’s by Hulverstone Drive. We got to it by following the cycle route through the red zone.
