Giant Spray Cans, East Frame

I’m not sure exactly what these things are – they certainly look like giant paint spray cans to me. I saw them today on the East Frame, and they were being moved around. I’m wondering if they were from a street art festival? Intriguing anyway!

  I’ve since learned the spray cans have come from a street art festival and will be repurposed for street art lessons.
