Look at all of that steel. I’d certainly feel very safe in this new building that’s going up on Durham Street. Now I’m not sure if it’s an international trend or just a Christchurch one, but I’ve noticed a lot of our new buildings show the steel bracing as an internal design feature.
I’ve been watching a building being set up as of late, and while it’s a two story, the fundamentals are the same- steel frame at the core.
