A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
I went on a walk today on the Brooklands Lagoon Walk – which starts just opposite Spencer Park. Just before the start of the walk there is a little farm yard with chickens and peacocks. Lots of horses around too. A great day for a walk – nice and sunny and quite warm for May.
It’s truly a blessing to have places like this along with so many other walks and tracks in NZ to be created proactively and where nature is respected. The farm yard just before the start of the walk definitely adds a nice touch here too! 🙂
