Fitzgerald Avenue is quite interesting to drive down these days (well ever since February 2011’s big quake). Lots of repair work being done on this road, so the lanes change on you a lot. In fact this happens all over the city. So you really have to keep your wits about you. My sister visited recently and commented that driving around the city was like being on one big defensive driving course! Couldn’t agree more.
