Today, a friend and I attempted to do all the feed times at Wildlife Orana Park. They start at 10.45 with the Meerkats. Despite it being a sunny day it was surprisingly cold, especially when standing around. So we didn’t quite make all of the feed times. So many wonderful photographic subjects, but I’d have to say the tiger, the gorillas and the meerkats would have to be my favourites. One thing I have realised is that my camera is getting a bit old and challenging – the LCD screen has refused to work recently. So a new camera is on my wishlist.
The tiger in particular is just magnificent. And then you get to the gorillas and you are just in awe of them.
