Those Cabbage trees look very similar to the Yucca aloifolia plants we have growing where I live, but these Yucca aloifolia plants don’t get much larger as do Cabbage trees.

They are quite similar. I looked it up and they belong to different plant families. Our cabbage trees can get really tall. We’ve got two in our garden, and they constantly drop their fronds on our driveway.
