This must be a difficult to find (or a very highly localised) design as I tried looking up an identical version (except for address number) of this style of red letterbox online — lets just say I gave up after scrolling through pages and pages of Google images!

I enjoy your pix Michelle. This one reminds of English red postboxes from which the mail is collected – maybe the creator/owner was nostalgic?
