There is a pathway into Centennial Park off Sparks Road. I’ve often wanted to walk down it, but I’m always driving somewhere and so don’t. Due to being on my e-bike, I was able to stop and have a look and discovered this lovely section planting in ferns and pungas. I wasn’t sure what the stream/river was, but according to various online sources, it’s the Heathcote River.
