Ferrymead Night Market

One of the stall holders at the market – selling lovely Turkish lamps and crockery

Tonight I went along to the very popular Ferrymead Night Market at the Ferrymead Historic Village. It was a beautiful balmy Autumnal evening and there were lots of things to try and avoid buying. I failed, and came home with new jewellery and a lamp! Such a fun event for everyone – with lots of families having a great time out.

  1. Def fun indeed! Looks like the only thing missing is an area for car boot sales as well as antiques and collectibles (with the addition of a few food trucks as well), but then another much larger carpark may be needed as this could potentially become the most popular event in all of Canterbury and beyond!
