The beautiful botanic gardens are a beacon of serenity and loveliness any time of the year, but surely few would argue that during Spring the gardens go to a whole other level of stunning. I’m always particularly impressed with the tulip beds.

These stunning orange tulips were very tall – I’ve captured the normal sized ones in front to give you some scale.

The tulips just before the azalea walk.

One of my favourite spots in the garden in Spring – it’s full of azaleas, bluebells, magnolias and tulips.

More blossom, because I can never get enough of it during Spring and it’s all too fleeting.
How stunning is this tree!
