A few photos today from my walk around the city. I’ve picked these ones as they show some of the urban developments that I find interesting – such as the new cycle lanes and the narrowing of the streets with larger footpaths.
This is Colombo Street by the bus exchange – featuring a very nice and wide paved footpath.

A much narrower Colombo Street. I think eventually people will get the message that it’s not easy to drive down this street any-more (I think the idea behind the urban planning has been to reduce cars).
