I was walking along Gloucester street when this shop drew me in with a riot of bright colours. It’s the pop up shop for Blue Scarlet. It’s located at 165 Gloucester St in the brand new building that’s beside New Regent Street. As an added bonus, they are sharing space with a vintage clothing shop BellaBean Vintage. I like the look of this style as it reminds me of the 70’s but with much brighter colours — retro modern I guess you might call it? After exploring their Facebook page, a few things really stood out for me — their wild lamp shades, colourful chrome and vinyl stools and chairs, and their seemingly endless variety of brightly coloured fabric patterns. Interesting place indeed!
