Water Wheel on Oxford Terrace

The water wheel wasn’t turning today, but I have recently seen it working. It’s located on the Avon River by Oxford Terrace.

Very pretty in the spring. I can’t recall ever seeing one of those devices here, though I’m sure they’re around.
