I suspect there is a story behind this street art (to be found on Hereford Street not far from Colombo). The balloon says Happy Birthday Emma. And a lot of the things in the mural look like someone’s favorite things. Well that’s why my guy thought when we first saw this mural! Sounds like a good explanation to me.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a care bear.
