What’s left of the old Police headquarters in the central city. The building was imploded last weekend so it could be brought down to a manageable level to demolish.
TV3 did such a good job with its video coverage of this implosion event that their video clip even made the news here in North Carolina complete with the reactions from local residents too. I was impressed!

Additionally, your picture is the first I’ve seen of what the aftermath looks like from the ground — it really brings things into perspective, especially the size of this (former) building.
