I’d heard about the Spark Park (Spark is our previously named NZ Telecom). But I hadn’t noticed the park in my walks around the city – I’d also obviously not gone look for it. Well, I finally saw it, and I’ve got to say my reaction was ‘underwhelmed’ – it’s entirely covered in concrete with concrete boxed seating. I’ve only photographed the most interesting part – the mural. It does indeed however have free wifi.
