These colourful boards are on Manchester Street where this photo was taken late this afternoon and into the sun. I’m not sure what they are, but assume they are an art installation. I really liked how they looked with the sun behind them.
They are indeed an art installation. I don’t know anything else about it, but there is a sign nearby describing it.
