Tractor tyre planters in Sydenham on Brougham Street. Part of Colour Me Christchurch by Rotary. They should be looking rather grand in a month or so – the plants they’ve got in there (name escapes me) are fairly fast growing.
Thats quite a neat and inexpensive idea. Perhaps you will check it out again when they are at full flower?
