This is the site of the CTV Building which collapsed on February 22nd. Tributes are left at the site in memory of those who lost their lives here.
I’m not sure of the significance of the bottles, perhaps if anyone does know they might be kind enough to leave a comment on the blog.
I’m guessing the bottles used to act like vases for floral tributes to the earthquake victims. The flowers are gone but the vases/bottles are still there
