Spotted in Latimer Square. I have no idea what it is about (probably something deeply philosophical that I haven’t the time to think about!).
It would have been fun to hear the discussion that ended with this street art installation. I’m sure it started with a few beers.

Thanks Robert, I had to Google Petitio Principii – you learn something new every day. Also, I had not spotted the R symbol, but it definitely looks like a registered trademark!
