I went into the Botanic Gardens this morning to meet up with the photo club in the Rose Garden. For a while, we had most of gardens to our selves. It was an overcast morning with a bit of drizzle but it was still quite warm and everything in the gardens looked fresh and lovely. It was my first time in the gardens since the quake in February, so I was very interested to see what statues and buildings were ok. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of things looking quite good. From the gardens I then made my way down Worcester Boulevard and up to the cordon to have a look at things. I’ll post my photos from my walk around that small section of the CBD (arts centre to Worcester then back down Hereford) tomorrow – I was stopped by the cordon at the Bridge of Remembrance – but got to look down into Cashel Mall.
