C’est Si Bon Cafe Deli, Ferrymead

This is Julius the proprietor of C’est Si Bon Cafe Deli which he runs with his lovely wife Marg.  Julius was kind enough to pose for me today as he was putting the finishing touches to my caffeine fix! I can be found here almost every Saturday morning sipping on a divine latte or cappuccino – their Illy coffee is not just good its damn good!  And the food is to die for! What’s more you get interesting conversation with it and a smile and a laugh. Oh and I can often be found with my nose in the daily paper or one of the magazines they have lying around (I love a good read).

If you are near Ferrymead or even passing through you must stop in for a little bit of Europe (it’s a French cafe but Julius and Marg are actually Polish and between them they speak a ridiculous number of languages!). They do a very good breakfast and lunch (there’s always bacon on the menu! mmmm I love bacon) and tasty morsels for when you are feeling in the mood for a treat (like I was today after having a busy but very unproductive day).

And I have been there in the morning when people have been coming in to pick up their catered food – and it always smells fine and looks delish!

So pop on by to 1025 Ferry Rd, Ferrymead and tell them I sent you 🙂
