I was walking down Manchester street near Lichfield and noticed this window with a sketch of what looks to be Christchurch (stadium, mountains, cathedral). I caught the passing traffic in the reflection and the shadow top right is me!

The artist is Ben Ezra, Final year graphic design student at Design Arts College. The image is slightly wider and contains transformers. Location is Manchester St outside Majestic Church.
