A lovely little quiet corner in the Christchurch Botanic Gardens.

This is the Heritage Hotel building which has the Champs Elysee  Beauty and Day Spa.  It’s their window and the building reflected in it is the Press building.  This is on Worcester Street just as you come into the Square.

A red rose from the Botanic Garden’s rose garden (an absolute must see Christchurch attraction during summer). The roses are simply glorious. Have a happy valentine’s day, and if you’re single, then this rose is for you!

This is Memorial Avenue.  It’s the main way into the CBD from the airport. As you can see it’s tree lined. It runs right through the ‘leafy’ and pricey suburb of Fendalton.
