Clock Tower on Victoria Street

The beautiful clock tower on Victoria Street. It’s a little worse for wear down by the base after all the earthquakes, but apparently the City Council are planning on restoring it. The clock has actually stopped at the exact time of the February 22nd 2011 earthquake.
