Continue reading →: Oxford Terrace with the former Municipal Chambers building in the backgroundA lovely spring day today and people were out enjoying the city. This spot is looking really picturesque. The former Municipal Buildings look stunning. The building was erected in 1886-1887 and the architect was Samuel Hurst Seager (1855-1933) and it is Queen Anne style (which was apparently controversial). Learn more…
