A lovely spring day today and people were out enjoying the city. This spot is looking really picturesque. The former Municipal Buildings look stunning. The building was erected in 1886-1887 and the architect was Samuel Hurst Seager (1855-1933) and it is Queen Anne style (which was apparently controversial).
