I saw another photographer posting about these waxeyes that are living in the Botanic Gardens and decided I had to get a photo too. The light wasn’t great so I went back another day, and there were no waxeyes! So here’s the best of what I’ve got so far. I will probably go back and have another crack at it on a sunnier day.

You can find the Heathers (the pink plants) in the rock garden at the Botanic Gardens.
