These colourful townhouses (nicknamed ‘candy corner’ by locals) are situated at 299 Selwyn Street and have been developed by Brooksfield property developers.
The developers have a mission statement of bringing life to Christchurch with classically designed homes. What a great thing to be doing. I don’t know about you, but I get so tired of grey this and grey that. Bring on the colour! And, as humans we like classic designs the best.
