Last week I was in Melbourne for a holiday (hence the lack of photos). Melbourne is fantastic and has many qualities, but one thing Christchurch does so much better is Spring. Wow, it’s just almost a sensory overload. I was on my way to Halswell Quarry Park for the blossom trees when I had to pull over to photograph this tree by the banks of the Heathcote River on Aynsley Terrace.
