Halswell Quary Park

20190703_160159

I was in the Kennedy Bush area today for a meeting, so I decided to stop in at the Halswell Quarry Park. We have a unseasonably warm winter’s day today at 20 degrees, so it was a lovely spot to be, and I realised I have not been there in a while as the new planting was really obvious. And it’s doing wonders for the birdlife there – I was followed around by a lot of fantails while taking these photos.

Love all those Cabbage Trees! Great captures!

…but in that first photo… Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… it’s Sónoman! (J/K) (As you might have guessed, I’m also a connoisseur of foreign comics and music too.)
