This is part of the new promenade that runs along the Avon – with this section by the Convention Centre that is under construction. The Promenade will open officially this Sunday with an event that includes a scavenger hunt and a chance to win $10,000 worth of prizes.
The official opening starts at 10am outside the Pegasus Arms.
