The Kiwi Viking restaurant on Lichfield Street has this Viking statue out the front. I had lunch there recently and can highly reccommend the burger and fries.
The picture looks interesting! Thanks for your recommendation. By the way, on the other day I went to Big Gary’s on Riccarton Road and they offer a bug burger!!! Anyone interested?!!

He looks rather more whimsical than you’d expect out of Vikings.

Yeh, he is a bit of a delicate thing really. Breaks if manhandled. Likes to just stand there and look at people walking by. Doesn’t do much work (or fighting).
