Where in the Gardens, please? Can’t recognise anything to help pinpoint the location. Is it still there now?

It’s between the daffodil lawn and the heritage rose garden near the hospital.

I photographed lots of the Mosiac work when it was displayed in Colombo st, and loved the stories behind the ceramic pieces, especially on the back of the chair, the little ? was it a drummer boy ? look closely at the pieces when you go see this chair.
