The Roundabout Bunnies

A while back, I’d heard about the roundabout bunnies, but hadn’t seen them. Today, while driving through the intersection there they were. So I had to stop for a few photos. Now this is a busy intersection, so it wasn’t that easy, and the bunnies are hyper-alert to people coming near the roundabout so they would run away back into the bushes if I got too close.

This large back bunny makes me wonder if some of these were once pets.

I find when they stand still, it’s very easy to miss that they’re even there.

It would certainly be easy to miss them – most drivers certainly would not be expecting to see rabbits at all!
