The beautiful dahlia garden is next to the rose garden in the Botanic Gardens. I love the variety they have in this garden with the different shapes and colours. Not only are they pretty, but I recently learned that dahlias are a favourite source of nectar for the monarch butterfly.

Visited the Dahlia garden recently. I never knew there were so many varieties! Good to know about the love of monarch butterflies for these plants 🙂
