Rising Tide mural is on the Sampan House Restaurant building on Gloucester Street (facing Manchester Street). The excerpt in the mural is from the Rising Tide book – part of a series of books written in response to the Christchurch earthquakes. The mural is by artist Richard “Pops” Baker.
