The new seawall at Beachville Road and the new wide pathway that will be part of the Christchurch Coastal Pathway. Will be great when they finally get it all finished.
Couldn’t help but to notice how much aggregate stone was used for building this sea wall — must had been some serious quarrying going on to produce all this rock! I’m thinking KiwiRail could acquire quite a boost in revenue if economical ways can be found to import this stone from farther abroad to a centrally located depot nearby from which it can be locally distributed.
