A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
I went for a walk up Ramahana Road which goes up hill to the suburb of Huntsbury. I had spotted the poplar trees from the flat and thought they looked photo-worthy. I ended up go up quite some distance – getting so high up that I was able to watch people walking along the Rapaki Track!
Taken with my long lens this is an interesting view of the city.
And finally – the Rapaki Track! I decided not to go up any further, as I was going to lose the light fairly quickly.
What magnificent views!
