We are 6 weeks away from winter, but we’ve had an polar blast hit the South Island today. It’s been making it’s way north and as you can see the clouds were looking pretty ominous late this afternoon. We’ve now had hail, wind and rain and it’s pretty cold out there. Picture taken at the Countdown Ferrymead just before I did my groceries for the week. Fortunately, I made it home before the skies opened up.
