This Tex-Mex Cuisine food truck is located on St Asaph street – not far from High Street (you can see the C4 cafe building in the background). Apparently Mexican food is very popular in Christchurch right now, I’m a fan myself.

This sight struck me as so typically Christchurch at the moment – a mixture of just getting on with things amongst some still very damaged buildings. Still looks a bit like a war zone at times! Apparently Mexican food is very popular in Christchurch right now, I’m a fan myself.
