These food trucks are located on Peterborough Street opposite the library. Before our earthquakes we used to have a few food trucks and caravans, but we now have a lot – there’s pretty much a food truck on every block in the central city. Makes it nice and easy to grab a quick bite to eat!
Interesting social observation. I can understand why these entrepreneurs prefer the slightly less ‘real’ estate for their businesses. I do love it though, casual eating is great fun.
