A little walkway that links St Andrews Hill Road with Menlo Terrace.
My hat goes off to whomever it was that added this charming and useful feature to the building plans for Mt Pleasant as it’s not very often developers have such excellent forethought. There’s a lesson to be learned here as we could use some people like this to show developers where I live how to do things right!
