High Street has been invaded by a flock of very colourful striped plastic sheep. It’s a nice bit of whimsy to an area that is still struggling and needs its share of revitalisation. There are new developments around here that have taken off (like Stranges Lane) but it’s still quite empty and a bit barren.

Love the glasses on the sheep – that’s how I found it!

A flock of colorful, striped plastic sheep in yellow, blue, and green arranged on a cobblestone street, adding a whimsical touch to the environment.

Just noticed below the black and red sculpture… what ever is that couple sitting there doing?! There appears to be a foot in the air. lol

I can’t see the foot 🙂 – they were backpackers having a sit down. No doubt wondering where on earth they had come to! Silly kiwis and their sheep!

Well at any rate, judging from the colours of the sheep it does appear National had a good turnout! 😀
