After a week of very dull days (and of me not feeling that well), we finally got a cracker day today (it got up to 16 degrees). So we headed up the Gondola for a cuppa and those views. Just stunning.

This has got to be one of your best pictures yet from the gondola as the lighting is just perfect and I can see clearly all the way out to the tower at Sugarloaf — stunning may be an understatement.

Wow beautiful photograph. I must go check out the gondola, haven’t thought about it since the quakes.

I highly recommend it, lovely excuse to have a coffee and a muffin at the cafe at the top and the views are always stunning.
