This is a new building on Gloucester Street. Local law firm Anderson Lloyd have taken naming rights on the building and are now located in the building after operating from a converted warehouse for three hours (after our quakes). According to their website the building was “developed by Amherst Properties, designed by international architects Fourfoursixsix, and built by Ganellen.”

It’s certainly nice to see new buildings being completed and now utilised.
