Hard to believe this is the middle of Christchurch. It’s the Justice and Emergency Services Precinct which will take up a whole block of the city – bordered by Colombo, Tuam, Durham and Lichfield Streets. The trucks are a lot bigger than they look in the photo. And the biggest truck of all had a lady driver (go girl power!).
